Situated in the heart of Manchester, the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a large wedding venue with an event kitchen for hire. The stylish event room, with natural daylight, can be flexible in set up due to its size. Catering from 150 – 550 people for a sit-down meal, and up to 650 guests if a dance floor isn’t required, the size of the venue ensures everyone can be accommodated.
Fully equipped catering kitchens can be hired out, and this includes the use of cutlery, crockery, and glassware. To help dress the room, table centres can be provided, in addition to staging blocks to enable the room to be set up to your specific requirements. The room can also be set up with a wooden dance floor if required.
Separate prayer rooms can also be provided. With 280 bedrooms, the hotel can accommodate all your guests, and the bride and groom will have a complimentary room on the night of their wedding. The hotel is ideally situated with its own car park, and an NCP located directly underneath the building – preferential rates can also be organised.
Bringing in approved outside caterers ensures you have flexibility with your catering requirements and food choices. The hotel has a comprehensive list of approved local suppliers, but if yours isn’t on there, we can work with you to get them approved.
