Locally inspired afternoon tea at Mercure Manchester Piccadilly celebrates the city’s heritage
To celebrate our great city we created a unique Manchester-themed afternoon tea inspired by all things “Mancunian” – from just £38, for two.
Enjoy Coronation (Street) Chicken Wraps, Cheshire Cheese with Boddingtons Chutney and the scrumptious prawn sandwiches made famous by Roy Keane during his time at Old Trafford. Other dishes include Bury Black Pudding Scotch Eggs coated with Kellogg’s Corn Flakes.
For those with a sweet tooth we have the Manchester Tart, home-made Jaffa Cakes, Vimto Trifle and scones with clotted cream and locally sourced Duerr’s strawberry jam.
All accompanied by your choice of loose-leaf teas, coffee and incredible views over the city rooftops.
