How can I find my invoice?

You will receive invoice upon check out. Please also ask for invoice on check-out, request physical invoice or electronic via email.

What is a group booking? And how do I book one?

Any bookings of 9 or more rooms is considered as a group booking. Special rates, cancellation terms and T&Cs apply. Please reach out for  a quote at UK3CROBusinessGroups@Jupiterhotels.com

Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel does not allow pets, except assistance dogs.
