Check In & Check Out

What time is check in time? Our check in time is 3pm onwards.

What is the check out time? Our check out time is at 11am.

Can we check in early?Early check in is available from 10 am and chargeable at £10 per hour prior to 3pm

Can we have late check out?We offer late check out during the week for an additional charge of £10, however the latest we can offer is 2pm, subject to availability. On the weekend we can offer late check out until 6pm, subject to availability.

Is reception open 24 hours? Yes.

What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel your reservation free of charge if you cancel before or on the day before 2pm the day of your arrival if you booked our flexible rate. Please check the T&Cs of your room rate.

Do I need to present my credit card that I used to make a reservation on arrival? Yes.

Do you have onsite parking? We have 80 car parking pay and display spaces available. Find out more here.

How much does is cost to upgrade my room? The cost for a room upgrade is £25.

Do you have adjoining rooms available? Yes. Please request upon booking.

Do the bathrooms have bath or shower? Most of our rooms have a shower over the bath.

Do you charge for children to stay? We do not charge any child age under 12 years old and can provide extra beds upon request, subject to availability and if the room is large enough. Children 12 years and older will be charged as an adult.

Will you provide a cot? Yes. Please request upon booking.

Do you provide extra beds in room? Yes we can provide an extra bed in our larger rooms. Please request upon booking.

Do you provide a hair dryer and iron? Yes. In all bedrooms.

Hotel Services

Do you have a laundry service? Yes. Each bedroom has a laundry bag with prices for various items. If you wish to use our laundry services you will have to put your clothes into the bag with the laundry slip and leave the bag outside your room or on the bed in the morning.

Do you have gym facility in the hotel? Our Feel Good Health Club is situated on Level 1.

Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel? We cannot accommodate pets to stay in the hotel. We only allow guide dogs.

Can I leave my luggage with you? Yes we can look after your luggage with us at reception or with our concierge, located on the ground floor.

Accessibility

Is the hotel wheelchair friendly? Yes. We have the lifts on the ground floor as well as a ramp, located opposite reception on the 1st floor of our car park.

Do you have adapted rooms available for disabled guests? Yes. Please request upon booking.

How many floor does the hotel have? The hotel has 14 floors.

Do you have stairways for public access? We only have public stairways up to level 4 of the hotel; from level 5 you will need to have a key card to go up to the bedrooms via a lift.

Does your hotel have a lift? Yes. Our hotel has 3 lifts that access all floors. To access any floors with bedrooms, you must be staying at the hotel and have a valid key card.

What is the age to be able to book a room at your hotel? Our hotel policy is that you will have to be 18 years old to book a room and check into the hotel. If you are under 18 you will need adult to accompany you.

Tourism

How can I get to Old Trafford, Etihad Stadium and Manchester City Stadium?

Old Trafford – Use the purple line tram toward Altrincham from Piccadilly Gardens tram stop, opposite the hotel. Alight at Old Trafford.

Etihad Stadium – to get to the stadium you will have to get on the blue line tram toward Ashton-under-Lyne from Piccadilly Gardens tram stop which is situated opposite the hotel.
